Thank you for reaching out about your lawn cutting services. Here are the details of the offer: Service Offered: Weekly lawn cutting priced at $19.99 plus HST per week. Billing: You will be billed on the day of your service, and a credit card is required to be on file with our accounting department. Invoice: You will receive a copy of your invoice once the payment has been made. Service Date: In case of rain on your regular service date, your service may be scheduled the day before or the following day. Scope of Service: Lawn cutting for front, back, and/or side yards, edge trimming, and power blowing excess grass clippings. First Visit: Your lawn must not be overgrown as this will result in an extra fee for the first service visit, then return to the program price of $19.99. Lawn Sign: A small lawn sign may be placed on your lawn to spread awareness. If the sign is stolen, you won't be responsible for it. Location: Ensure you enter your property address for our staff to review. Additional Services: Spring/fall clean up and more services are available upon request for a separate quote. Payment Policy: Missing one payment will result in cancellation of service. Property Size: Ensure your address is correct as we must determine your property size to be approved or disapproved. If your property is over size, we shall provide you a low custom quote. Approval: Jvon reserves the right to approve or disapprove your property for their program. Once Approved: You will receive a conformation email. Agreement: By continuing, you agree to the terms and conditions of the low-cost service(s).
